Looking to see what people are using for successful racing setup's.

Please include
1. Car/truck you are racing and gearing
2. pics if you have any
3. Motor/Motor's tried
4. esc./batteries
5. any useful mods
6. Temps after timed heats

What I am currently using

2. http://i41.photobucket.com/albums/e2...dan/car010.jpg

3. BK 8XL with heat sink
4. 9920/4s li-ion from tool batteries
5. I had to put fans on both esc and motor to be able to race for 6 minute heats.
6. 115 degrees on the controller after 5 min heat. 147 after 10 minute main. With a fan on the ESC.

Lets see em

BK 9XL with RC-Monster Heat Sink/Motor Clamp

Warrior 9920, 7 cell sanyo 3600 packs/9 cell GP 3300 packs

45wt shock oil and some preolad spacers made a world of difference

130 (on motor) after 5 mins on 14 cell packs with no heatsink.

Best Race Result: Qualified first in heats, won the Monster Truck A Final by a whole lap
