Quark + 5300

Hi Everybody.
Will like to hear your opinion on the combination of a Quark Pro plus a Lehner 5300 for a 4wd buggy.
Smooth operation? Little cogging? Good and or controlable aceleration and top speed?
Thanks

What do you think about the Roadster one? Is good for the application above?
I consider it due to the size, it looks smaller than the Pro. On a cramped 4wd chassis that is plus.

Just curious, have you considered the Mamba Max? It's considerably cheaper, and you can count on good service through Castle Creations. I can tell you first-hand that the Mamba Max 5700 system on 2s Lipo is quite powerful in a 4wd buggy setup. The Mamba Max is computer programmable, which IMO is a huge improvement over the Quark, and it has other programming options that the Quark doesn't have because it isn't computer programmable (adjustable throttle and brake curves).

Which buggy is this for?

I have a lehner 5300 in my b4 and it's sick fast even on only 6cells, u won't be disapointed.

Thanks for the response!
I do considered the Mamba Maxx/5700 combo, in fact I just received it a couple of hours ago. I plan to use it on a Matt Francis truck. I was just thinking on another combo for the 4wd buggy , the reason being only to have something different. But you are 100% right, the Maxx controler seems to be a huge better than the Quark for a lot less. Once I try it I will post my results, and will try it on the 4wd buggy also.
By the way the buggy is the Tenth Tech Predator XRS, just received it yesterday.

I've never used a Quark or a 5300, but I would think that a Roadster would get very hot with a 5300. The Pro would be a safer choice, imho.

The 5300 might blow the roadster, even my 12020 gets a little hot.
