Slow reverse
 
I was just thinking about my poor little e-maxx lol.

And I forgot to ask a question.
My E-maxx isvery slow in reverse. I mean super slow. Should I just reprogram it?

Yeah. You may also have your brakes turned down real low on your transmitter, which would also cause this.
