lipos on evx esc
 

i was lookin at getting two MaxAmps Lipoly 8000mah 2S2P 7.4V Pack for my emaxx and was wondering if it would work with the stock esc or would i have to get a different esc???:032: one more thing i wanted to know was what kind of charger i could get under 150 bucks:024: :032:

The stock EVX can only handle 14.4 volts. It may be able too, but, I had issues with even that going into thermal shut down. So, you would need one heck of a fan for it. IMO, i would get a new esc.

It will work fine. Just be sure to use a LVC.

im sure leroy tryed to do something like that, ask him.

The evx is rated for 14 cells. 1.2 volts per cell is 16.8volts.
The lvc is the main thing. I just got to test mine out today. I thnk the titans
are done for. So may be end of testing for me on it.

maby try a heak sink on it , the integy 550 size hs and fan.
