E revo steering...
 

how do you hook up the E revo steering using the gorilla setup? the stock lengths revo stuff too long...

I went to the local hobby store and bought what I needed. Just a matter of finding the right size. Also upgraded the servo arm to blue alum. Works great. However the servo is mounted upside down so you need to use locktight because on my first run the screw backed out a little and the arm was rubbing against the chassis. :027:

If you have a 3.3, thats why. The orginal Revo was the only one out when the G2R was released...The stock 2.5 link should work.

I did some modifciation with dremel I dremel the shaft of the steering took off half and this is what I got awesome I say forget it you cant see it I will take another pic later.

I think your servo horn needs to be turned 180*.

doh really....my steering seems fine so far I will modify it later then....

That's not going to work.

One servo needs to push, and one needs to pull.

This way, they will both push.

Both horns need to face the skid.

yeah, but both are still turning the wheel? I mean currently my truck turns either way I have it. My current setup is on the left it and tursn the truck fine it locks it in completely turn and same the other way I had to double check it, but its full cocked to left and right.

Take one servo-horn off, and observe what happens when turning the steering wheel..

would it be weaker steering? right now with dual servo the steering whips that thing around like no other.

Odd, the servo's must work in opposite directions then...

It needs to be push/pull, and now you have got a push/push or a pull/pull setup?
