Question on FLM Casters

I've ordered almost one of everything for the Electric Rustler. I was going to order the racing caster blocks but the description reads...

Fits Stampede and Rustler. Made from aircraft quality aluminum for durability and strength. - CNC Machined for exact tolerances **note** nitro steering knuckles/front wheels must be used if mounted to an electric truck.

What nitro parts do I need to order, and what size tires? Anyone happen to have tower hobbies URL's to the parts I need to put these to use?

Here are the knuckles/axles:

And for the wheels, you can use any 2.2" wheels meant to fit the front of Traxxas Nitro trucks (Nitro Rustler and Nitro Stampede). RPM makes them, Proline might make them, and of course Traxxas makes them.
I've been using the nitro steering setup on my electric Rustler for quite some time now. Overall, it's a better setup, since it allows more steering throw and also decreases rolling resistance.

I know im bringing up an old thread, but my question is a long the lines of this subject. What axle carriers would you use if you went with the setup mentioned above?
