Schulze did something AMAZING...
Oh my GOD!! All the oceans must've turned into blood or something.... Shulze really surprise me with this one... I sent in my 18.129, and they're replacing it for FREE!.. I'm still shocked as of right now... they're even paying for the shipping cost... Unbelievable... I must've did something good to deserve this ;)

It's nice to have things work out to your advantage once in a while huh?!

Yeah... for sure man..... Got my GST 7.7 This week and this good news from schulze (the only good news)..
BrianG... yeah, you're right!! |
LOL!
Schulze showed themself from their best side to me.. My schulze receiver died.. They charged me 15 dolllars for repair.. Not too bad, but i would say that it was still in warrantee, only being a month or 7 old.. |
What do people think about BK returns/rapair policy? I have an old 9920 which is broken, no wires or insulating, just the circuit boards basicly - do you think BK would replace it?

was it still in warranty? i am still looking for a motor for my savage, a maxximum pletti is still sitting on my shelf. should i try to send in my destroyed and "reglued" 18.97 and order a 32.170 at the same time? hoping to get a good discount for the 32.170 ? :005: should be worth a try... on the weekend i f*cked up a hacker master comp opto with a c40l 10turns in my madforce. the 10cm high grass simply was too much. i installed a 6.5hv novak with a 12t pinion after that and the grass was no more problem! the madforce is not fast but it´s fun to drive. what do you guys think about dual brushless setups? i once had dual c50s in my maxx and fright both hacker master optos after that i removed the dual setup and replaced it with a lehner 1940 which is still in use. BTW - the madforce is a nice car. but i think the diffs will die very soon. i give them 4-5 runs... Marc. P.S.: i just looked at the price of a 40.160. yeah it is at over 600euros! no way... i will sell the maxximum on ebay. i have one 32.170 that is enought. i think it´s better to invest money in the stock market than in schulze controllers... |
I think they might replace it, but it will cost you something i'm sure of it......wouldn't hurt to ask....you never know how much the repair might be.......
|
Maybe less people buying them so they figure they change up some.
|
valid point chc.....but it was a smart move by schultz
|
In regards to the 9920, all you can do is ask. I can't say that they are the best in communication though. I had Mike send my 12020 back and it took months (which Mike has still not rec'd back yet). It's not Mike's fault by any means, but you'd think a good customer as he is, they would do more for the guy!!!!!!!!!!

I'll probably try fixing my 9920 myself. I don't need it, have another, so I might as well give it a go, not losing anything, lol.
