Smoked Quark 125
 

I smoked the Quark in my Emaxx this afternoon.

It just stopped. I walked over to see what the problem was. I wasnt quite over to it yet and I hit reverse to see if it would get it going and all of the sudden a billow of smoke. Well lets just say I ran the rest of the way over to it.:005: Ripped off the body and yanked the Lipos out as fast as I could. ( didn't want to burn up $250 worth of batteries allong with the $280 ESC.)

Now I'm hoping they can fix it for less than the price of a new one.

Anyone have any experience in sending in a Quark for repair? What do they charge for repairing a smoked controller?

I believe they replaced Coolhands for free...Of course he fried is 1930 at the same time I believe...I don't think they coulda helped him on that one...

I smoked mine about a month ago and sent an e-mail. I got a quick response to send it in and they repaired it and I had it back shortly. Great service with no questions asked.
