Help identifying type and value of this motor?
 

Ok guys, a lady near me has an assortment of RC goodies that she is trying to sell. There are two motors like this, both have the heads removed. It looks like a Novarossi 3.5 to me. But that is as much as I know about those motors.
She has a pile of miscellaneous stuff, that looks like it is from carpet racing (back full of motors, tires/foams, and some associated parts). She asked me to make an offer, and I dont know what to tell her.
