The 1/8 diff upgrade and the G2R Slipperential are the most needed upgrades for the Revo IMO. The diffs are the only thing that doesnt seem to hold up on my revo. I have an extra diff set now that I keep rebuilt and on hand at all times. So when (I said ''when''.... Not ''If'') I blow the rear diff I can just swap out the rebuilt one and then rebuild the other when I get a chance. Its an expensive habbit my Revo has. But I have gotten rather good at rebuilding and swapping the diffs out now so it seems less painfull.

I'm hoping the Slipperential for the G2R will help curb my Revo's rear diff habbit. I'm thinking the center diff will help relieve some of the stress the rear diff sees under heavy acceleration now. It might even make the revo diffs adequete, but 1/8 diffs will still be a welcome improvement.

BTW: The RRP ring and pinion gears dont really hold up much better than the the stock traxxas gears IMO. The things that I have found help the most are the maximizer hardened diff cups and aluminum diff cases.

Ohhh, i didnt even know mike was making 1/8th diffs! Nice, i blew my rear diff a while ago and had to replace. Its gunan help relieve soem stress, considering the majority of the time, im on the 2 rear wheels lol. HOw much is it?

So am i... :p

having proper diffs in the revo would be a giant step in the good direction.

1/8 diffs cases would bring in more money than any of this maxx stuff... i know revo, im a mod at a fairly big revo site and have been for close to two years. ive ran every everything on a revo, ended up running a novarossi 528xr.... tell me about diff troubles!:035:

the only flaws a revo has are crappy diffs, weak chassis, and way too much slop in the suspension caused by all the rod ends. plastic stretches, aluminum wears.... either arent a permanent solution.
they need to strenghten the chassis somehow, and someone NEEDS to made 1/8th diffs fit.
first to do any of these things will have a gold mine.

im sure maxx stuff sells, but its nowhere close to the revo. if your the only one making it do you know how many orders you will recieve?

i cant believe that would be low on the list... people at revo sites have been talking about this upgrade for a loooong time, i could personally bring a couple hundered customers, nearly instantly!
do ya know how many qoncepts big block kits ive sold to people!! lol.. my revo is on qoncepts.com front page if that tells ya anything!!:005:
i dont run a revo anymore because of the reasons i listed... when those problems are addressed ill be back!!:028:

please make this happen!!
