Calculator

I thought I would post a link to a little calculator program I downloaded for a PC that didn't have the normal windows calculator for some reason.

It's kinda neat cause it has a conversion function built in as well as a basic calculator.

Handy toy for doing the standard-metric conversions...

BTW, when converting to ounces, you want the "avoirdupois" one... not the "troy" :)

looks good.

I guess that means I'm a geek too then. I don't know how I'd live without my HP 48GX. :)

I had a hp48gx passed down to me but never really liked it. I sure do love my TI-89 though

Well, that may be because the HP uses RPN entry along with a stack. I know that once you get used to it, you never go back. But that may be the geek in me. :)

By the way, my web calculator thingy has a page for a few of the common unit conversions.

TI89 Titanium for me. Expensive ($150), but it sure beats the TI-83 Plus for AP Calculus :).

I have a hard time operating any other calcs that don't use RPN. I've got a 48GX at work and my wife's 48SX here at home. We're both EE's, so we have a double geeky household.
