2382 kv 7XL?
 

I have recently bought a new motor for the emaxx and was told it is a feigao 7XL. Someone has stuck a label on one of the power wires that reads 2382 kv.

From what I can find out the 7XL is rated at 2145 kv.

The motor is black and has the heatsink built in as a 540c can and has the 5mm shaft.

Just curious to see if anyone can help out with these numbers and if it is a 7XL.

I don't even know if the label is legit, seems old though.

could it be unload Kv?

The motor you have sounds 100% legit. The black heatsink type motors was a limited batch from BK, and probably all their motors may look like this in the future. The higher KV rated on the sticker is indeed an unloaded rating, no worries.

With any luck, you even have a segmented magnet in there!
