thinking of going brushless need more speed to out run buddies e maxx. already modified supention to rusty. oversize the tires. but lost some speed still runs good just need more. what is the better choice.

Mamba Max, an aluminum idler gear, and some nice batteries. You'll smoke your buddies e-maxx.

How much are you willing to spend though, and what kind of charger do you have? Is your buddies e-maxx stock?

Mamba Max 5700 on 3S and your friend will have no chance.
