Are these:

The same as these:

I guess the Maximizer would be the best for Brushless, although both will do the job? (If I am correct in saying they are the same thing?).

They are the same thing, except the maximizer diff cups are made from 7075 aluminum, and the FLM diff cups are made from 6061 aluminum (softer than 7075). Both will do the job just fine.
