Does anyone know if their rated KV is loaded or unloaded?

I recall that they are loaded ratings, but the perfectly square numbers (IE, 6800, 2000, etc) leads me to beleive that they are unloaded ratings.

Actually, I think it's unloaded. There's two reasons why I say this; 1) their KVs seem awfully "round" to me, and 2) GriffinRU's BL Motor eval program uses the published kvs in his spreadsheet and also uses other motors' unloaded kv values. Why would he put motors rated differently in the program - that would just skew the results...
