Amazing crawler. Is that two MM's I see in there?
|
Wow, that is nice. Looks hardly big enough to hold the ESCs! How do those outrunners work? Do you have seperate throttle controls for the front and back, or are they just Y'd together?
|

No video of it yet but I'll link some when I do. Yes, dual Mamba Max's!! :027: Both front and rear motors can be controlled independently. I using a stick type controller so the left stick controls the throttle and the right stick controls the front and rear wheels (right stick: left and right turns the front wheels and left stick: up and down controls the rear wheels). I've also programmed mixes so that both front and rear wheels move opposite each with left and right stick movement which I can turn on/off with a switch. Same for the motors. What makes the Mamba Max so great for crawling is that you can program the amount of drag-breaks you desire...for slow and controlled downhill maneuvering. Very cool! Regards, Tom |
Some more pictures in action!

Every time I look at your crawling pictures, I always want to go buy one. But having all you money spent into another project isn't the all that good. lol
