Should i quit?

im heading off to college next year and i will definately will not have any room in my tiny dorm for any rc cars/parts/tools. SHould i quit? I rarely run my cars anyway. I mostly buy/sell them. If i keep them, they're value will just keep dropping.

It's true, their selling value drops over time. But if everything works once you get back, it's still worth the same to you. Did you buy everything thinking it was an "investment"? If so, you should've looked into buying land instead. ;)

Seriously, if you think there will be something bigger and better by then and won't use what you have, then it makes sense to sell I guess. Of course, technology always increases over time, so it's hard to say.

Maybe sell them all except 1. Pick your favorite so when you do get a chance you can still get a fix. Don't make us call you a quitter!!;)

If you love something let it go, if it comes back to you, it's yours. :D Works for RC as-well.

Well, even if i do keep a car, i'll only be able to run over the summer. Unless i get a mini.....HMMM maybe i should get a reeaally nice mini and play around with that during college.

I've decided to quit! Im sorry, when i purchased the items, it was more of an "DEAL" and coudl resell for cash. If you interested in my stuff gimme a pm! FOr now, i'll sell everything off except my nitor revo and LSP. Cuz i'll be racing with them int the summer. My custom e-revo will be gone. Its not taht i like nitro more, its just tath my stupid BL motor is screwed up.

jnev 05.12.2007 12:32 PM

Any pictures of the e-revo?

Do a CRT.5. They are almost as small as a mini.... But they are in the "real RC' catagory that I dont put most minis in.

+1 on the CRT.5

Oh man! You said the "N" word. :031: :005:

BP-Revo 05.12.2007 02:20 PM

Well, if you are interested Nbcazn, I have my BL 18T for sale...

nbcaznmaster 05.12.2007 04:01 PM

cant get a crt .5, no flammable liquds in dorms! i think i will just quit completely. Rc has been mostly frustrating for me. besides, i never run my cars. ITs only fun if you can bash with some1 else or if u ahve a track near you (which i dont).

BP-Revo 05.12.2007 04:25 PM

Thats too bad...

You should really look into an 18T. Just about fits in your pocket, goes really quick (mine does about 50mph), and is durable as hell (I never have problems with mine).

2FastSS4U 05.12.2007 11:35 PM

Oh you'll get the itch again, its just a matter of time.
