Brushless?
What is the fastest brushless one motor 14 cell set up out there on the market right now I am so confused with them all can you guys please help me out?
|
Hmm, i'm not an expert, but I will give it a try. Some may correct me, though.
Most guys run only one motor, more than 99% of the BL fans, really. Dual BL is very rare, and in most cases the same result could be achieved with a bigger motor anyway. As you have seen, there are plenty possibilities. It all comes down to how much money you want to spend. And if your goal is speed over runtime. At the moment, a very popular setup for 14 cells is the Feigoa 9L on a BK Warrior 9918. You will have a hard time finding something with a better price to performance ratio. And most people seem to be very happy with this setup. Also, you could even use this controller for a more expensive motor later on. |
Feiago 9L + Warrior 9918
The nuts on 14 cells. You can get faster motors but require 16 or 18 cells to run them. |
So how fast do you say the 9l motor the 9918 esc and gp3300 would go?

what are you looking for?
ultimate topspeed or bashing fun/offroad? |

the 9L or the lehner XL2800-XL3100 are nice options.

So how fast do you say the 9l motor the 9918 esc and 2 gp3300 would go?
This is for bashing/ fun offroad |
on 14 cells mid 30's, with an impressive acceleration
|
welcome to the forum bytheway! (better late than never... ;) )
|
Thanks and how fast on 6 cells gp3300 with the same set up the 9L motor and 9918 esc
|
The 9L on 12 cells could be geared to be in the low 30 mph range comfortably, and it will have excellent acceleration and torque. Of course, the cell quality is a big factor, especially on the lower cell counts.
