The first clip was an American in Australia breaking the record,
the second news story was an Australian in America breaking the first record.

Didn't notice that... but that is pretty funny. :lol:

No the old record is a couple years old, & the new one was made yesterday. He made two jumps on the same night.

Actually, the new record was made today...sorta. I watched it live on ESPN at about 12:20AM EST. But since he was in Vegas, it really happened yesterday there (that's just weird, huh?). Crazy f'er jumped it not once, but twice!

That guy is crazy. He said there was a slight head wind. Can you imagine if there was'nt a head wind, he may have gone over 350 ft give or take a few feet.

robbie jumped farther in practice the day before over 350 from what his friends let out on another forum (ftmx to be exact doubt anyone on here has heard of it before) they said it was perfect weather with a SLIGHT tail wind, the jumps where unofficial becasue Redbull INSISTED he do the official jumps that night live at midnight, and of course he had a 7mph head wind (and some cross wind on the second jump) at midnight and just couldnt make it as far.

I wonder when us quad guys will make it on TV like that, i believe the un official record for the longest quad jump is Ben Bettis right now he jumped 227 feet Caleb Moore and Doug Enchiner also hit the same jump that day and put down a 207 and a 210 all these jumps are in the new Huevos 10.

I did'nt know that they jumped quads that far. do you have any video of that ?.

Crazy jumps. There was meant to be another stunt in vegas in the same show on new years. Did that happen or not? I haven't seen anything about it. Rootar those quads are scary things. Too heavy for my liking.

I myself have only jumped 110 feet at a track in northern lousiana. As for the video of caleb, ben, and doug its in the new release Huevos 10 video by H-Bomb flims.
