FLM bulkless dif question
 

the bearing for the pinion gear fits loose in the housing. if you turn the gears the outside bearing shell will spin in the housing it is so loose.

what you suggest?

I sent them an email but no answer yet.

BTW mike the tranny came out perfect. Very nice part.

What diffs are you using? The FLM are designed specifically for Kyosho mp7.5 or Ofna hyper diffs.

everything fits fine. just the pinion bearing is loose... I hate sloppy loose bearings.....I guess I'm cursed...LOL!

mine had this problem too.. i used the mildest loctite i had wandering around (put some oil in the diffcups first) and it works like a charm..

FLM just told me not to worry cause as the berings spins in the aluminum it will eventually sieze up and stop turning!! OR I can send it in for another set...... I used a touch of loctite.....

Okay, i don't think you will ever need to look at it again.
