Battery suggestions

OK guys what i have is an HB LSP truggy i have a neu 1515 1y on the way. I already have a MM for an esc. I need suggestions for batteries--i currently have 2 4s 4000 packs that i picked up used. They seem to work fine but i am worried about running 30 min mains. I have been thinking os some maxamps packs prolly 5000-6000 mah but i am unsure of the voltage either 4s or 5s. I have 12-16 tooth pinions and the track i will be racing on will be medium to short with an occasional trip to a long track (200 ft straitaway). Would running a higher voltage pack make the system more efficient since it would not be running at its max all the time? Thanks guys and i am also thinking of getting artur to do a stage 1 mod to my esc.

Yeah, you are going to need at least 6000mag lipo, or 2p (4600 A123's) worth of capacity in the battery for 30 mins mains... but that depends on the track, probably something more like 8000mah lipo for this job.

Or you could get a A123 pack and half way through the race do a 5 min charge and carry on... hehe

right now i am thinking of getting 2 6000mmah 4s but i keep thinking about 5s 6000mah or maybe 5s 5000 mah (so many decisions Ahhhhh!!!!) Just thought the 5s may make the system run cooler than the 4s will. I haven't been able to do much running with the truggy 9neu 1515 1y will be here tues.) Wiill be trying to race 30 min main on saturday!!!! After that i will know more about the capacity that i ness, but stii unsure about voltages.

Tanks for the help guys
