Just ordered and need contact help.
 

Can someone please tell me who to email at gorillamaxx to get a response.I made my order and emailed them and got no response on my email or even any email on the fact that i even ordered something . This is a concern because as most of u know this purchase is a lot of money and this situation worries me because u also normally get some sort of conformation email at least.SOMEONE PEASE HELP.:mdr:

iirc, it took like a full day to a day 1/2 to get a email back about a order i made, how long have you been waiting???


did you pay with paypal??? if yes check to see if it has been charged.

My payment on paypal has cleared and my first email was Sunday or Monday morning.

luisranza - if there is one thing that i can assure you its the fact that mike will respond to your email if there was questions that needed answering - i also know that the past few weeks have been a little hectic for the monster - with the bash and dafni, serum and isabelle coming to the US from overseas. So the emails might have become slightly delayed - Im sure you will receive all the information that you need very shortly..... Thanks for the patience

Thanks for the info I am new to the gorillamaxx online shop so I dont know much about how dependable or what kind of time fame I am looking at to recieve my order as long as I get it with in the 10 days I will be satisfied.

All is setteled and package has been shipped thankyou all for the info.so I guess my next thread will my first electric creation.
