bk 9920 and mechanical brake problem
 

I can not get my bk 9920 to program with the y-harness and brake servo connected. Anyone run into this problem before?

Hi,

What I did was to program the esc by itself without any other attachments in forward only mode.

Then I slave the third channel to the throttle channel in the brake direction.

I think it is also possible to use a Y harness to connect the servo & esc such that when u press brake, then servo will do its job while there is no reaction from the esc. The downside is that the servo also moves in the forward throttle position.

Thanks for the reply. I'll try the to slave the third channel, but the 9920 will not work with a y-harness. I have tried to program the esc by itself, then plug in the y-harness and the esc just studders.

I had no issues with mine on a Y cable.

I think something else is wrong.
