Revo drivetrain

Hello,

I've recently converted the revo 3.3 to brushless with a 9xl and MM esc on 4s. I've been searching all of the forum for answers and found out that the stock sliders will hold up to bl power. However, since I am thinking of running a 1940 or 1950 lehner, will the sliders and centers hold up or should I be going to CVD's?

Advice on getting 1940 or 1950 would be appreciated as well. The revo is pretty much stock except added weight on probably 40HD series wheels/tires and a wing.

Thanks

I have the same setup - the stock ones went in the rear after about 10 runs.

I'm on a second set and they are already starting to stretch around the holes. I've just ordered the traxxas CVD's and hope that will fix it.

Can't advise on the lehner as not used them - I hear that they are a) hard to get hold of b) support can be an issue.

Rgds

YOu should change to CVD's. They hold up:neutral: plastic just can't do that. As for a Lehner 1900 serious good luck. They are hard to find. Chris Fine at Fine Design is the only dealer here in the US that I know of. He is out of stock with the 1900 serious. I called him last month about one. Here's a thead about that: http://www.rc-monster.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7597

Good Luck. I found a used 1950. Great motor but "0" replacement help.
