Where can i get 8 and 9 cell e-maxx nimh battery packs?

You either make them yourself or you might be able to contact www.specpointbatteries.com and ask for a custom pack.

www.cheapbatterypacks.com will build you any kind of pack in any configuration you want with any number of cells. their 4500 cells are a hair above the IB 4200 cells and a bit cheaper.
