Got my MGM back wooo hooo
A couple weeks before the RC-Mopnster bash i hurt my MHM 16018 (had a phase ot two short in my 2250/10t) When i saw the wisp of smoke, I stopped and sent it in to Mike, to send back to MGM for service. It came back today, I sent it either slightly before or after the bash. I got to say that a month and ten days, Give or take a few days, is not bad considering the stories i have heard about them being slow. I got to change the 3mm plugs to 5.5 mm so i can put it on my Neu powered G2R. Thanks Mike for the fast service

Cool!
I was over at Mikes place when it arrived; this was a few days before the bash indeed. |
it was an awsome turn around, considering the stories i have heard. And they worked on it, I know its mine because it still had the connectors on it

Just a followup, got it in and works great Thank you Mike and MGM

I must be cursed or somthing. Mine's been gone for six weeks now and I can't even get MGM to respond to an email.
I'm laying off of large scale electrics for a while until someone in the US comes up with an appropriate controller. Dealing with MGM is almost as bad as dealing with Sony. |
I went through Mike, I know he buys a lot from them and figured they would treat the customer better, over second hand

I had a similar experience to AAngel, a year and a half ago. Some of you probably remember me complaining about the 6-month waiting period for MGM to send me out a replacement controller, during which time I sent probably 5 emails and never got a response. A couple months ago I sent an email to them asking about something or other, and promptly received a reply.

I sent mine out to mgm on october 3rd and they sent me an email earlier this week that they would be sending me out another one. hoping to have it back soon so I can put the neu back in.
