RCM V1 revo hybrid diff
 

I start to build it today, and when i want to install the center drive shaft yoke on the diff pinion, the hole in the mod pinion don't align with the hole on the yoke.
Have you experiment the same prob with your diff?

I can't push the yoke far enough to align the holes togheter. Like if the flat spot on the mod pinion is not long enough.

the only thing that i see is to remove some plastic on the yoke to push it farther on the pinion gear.

I had that problem on my wheel drive shafts. Turned out I was using the drive shaft yolks from a Maxx 3.3. They are a little different from the Revo yolks. This post from an old thread of mine should explain better what I'm talking about.

I'm not sure if this is your problem but it sounds similar to the problem I had.

The X model is what you want I thought. It is the "universal" yolk allowing the shaft to be installed on either the Maxx or Revo diffs. If you have the one shown at the bottom in the picture then this is probably not your problem.
