I have an emaxx,

14.8v 2 x 7.4 8000mah batts

8xl

mamba max ESC

single speed trans

Big Joe tires

What pinion should I use?

What spur should I use?

I guess I should use the speed calculator. Do the setup, then run the truck and check my temps? Is that the right way to go?

Yeah, that's about right. Most people shoot for around 40mph and go from there.
