problem with suspension
on my revo the rear end well not come back up once i push it down. i have tried changing shock oil, rockers, and different springs and it still does not go back up.
i first ran 60w shock oil, with long travel progressive and (silver) springs. it would come up but only a very little. just wondering if any one else has this problem and what did they do to fix it. thanks! |
i had to test fit my arms, i had to ream the holes some and grind on the outside of the arm to get a low resistance , it helped alot, do it with out the shocks off, i lift up the arms and let them drop, should be fast and no sticking
and it may also be the pivot balls are to tight |
well i do have rpm and the pins did not go in as easy like the stock arms.
and i know the pivot balls are not that tight. that was my first mistake lol. |
Probably your hinge pins. Check to see if they're warped or bent. Then check your bulkhead for the same thing. If it's not your pivot balls, then this should be the culprit. It's not your shocks, I'll tell you that.
Also, check the bearings on your rockers. Make sure they spin freely and don't need to be replaced. |
