Eagletree runs from the 10XL/5S Hyper 7

Finally got my new V3 eagletree (70v 150A) datalogger in the mail the other day. Hooked it up to the hyper to see what it's doing:

2,500w+ peaks were kinda shocking, but now I know why it's blowing up spur gears. I also now know why I can throw that car around like a rag doll:

Pack voltage max: 21.1v
Pack voltage min: 16.11v (this was a weird anomaly, only did this once, generally only dropped 2v under load)
Pack Amps max: 152.36A (!)
Pack Watts max: 2,538.32 (!!)

This is with a True RC 8000mAh 10C pack. Impressive performance, that's for sure.

shiz dude... those TRC 8K packs are great, @135A you are over 3.4V/cell. Voltage curve looks very flat too.

wouldn't have thought the 10Xl could pull that much...makes me wonder what my 8Xl on 5S was doing, tho I don't think I was hitting the power that hard (it would just flip over otherwise)

Im currious what my Neu 1515 1/y/f would pull on 4s in my buggy.

Which eagletree do you have? Are you using the high current adapter thing???

Mine only logs up to 120A.... yours does to 150+?

I've got the newly-released eLogger V3...newly released as in it just shipped about a week ago or so. It handles the 150A with no add-ons, just as is. $89, but they are backordered. It only comes with wire leads, but I've found that's easier to secure than the one that had built-in Dean's plugs.
