FLM is horrible to deal with, good luck guys on your warranty parts :)

I never had a issues with FLM warranty claims.
Firts time (maxx chassis brace) it took them a week to reply but was sorted out. Second time (snapped dogbone) took just couple days and I even added few other parts to the shipment.

Never had a prob either - they handled it as soon as they found out the nature of the prob, I had replacement in 2 or 3 days.

Diplomacy.

Diplomacy is always the key:angel:. If you have a problem with a product no matter how expensive it may have been, you have to keep your cool and when it is time to speak with someone who may have the ability to assist you, you have to use diplomacy:yes:. Remain respectful and state your case:rules:. I find that most of the time if you treat them with respect they will go the extra mile to assist you with your problems. Sometimes even if they don't have to according to the warrenty, just because you were not a A-holetowards them. So examine your problem with care and make sure you know what you are talking about before you start blaming their product. Anyone will become defensive if you start bashing their products to their face and expect any help from them. You might as well just take a hammer and smash it yourself:lol: Good luck with that.

Yes the braces are available separate, the cost is the same price as the standard braces.

I have had a few request for this, so I may need to create a separate part #.

But right now it does not.

Guess I cant multi quote here, why is it when I ask a simple question only one person helps but when I state a opinion I get alot of help LOLOL.

This is not a warranty issue this is basically a customer service issue.. I stated the warranty thing because its almost impossible to get in touch with them, so let me explain a little and this thread can be deleted if FLM wishes..

Since the start date of this thread I have been trying (and it has been done in a respectful manner) to buy the chassis braces from FLM, Key word is TRYING to buy  I have been very diplomatic about it and I thank you FLM for finally answering my question of said product, all I want to do is buy the braces from you... since the 23 of last month I have been wanting to buy the braces from you, and I am still waiting for a Paypal invoice:rules:

As soon as I get the invoice I will pay you, what kind of pissed me off after all this time is this statement..

I have tried to buy this directly and through addicted2RC (addicted2rc I guess forgot about it:whistle: ), I am not asking for any special favors here guys.. all I want to do is GIVE YOU MONEY for your product.

If I have come to this conclusion and there are other reasons like availability/ under staffing/ the need for a large order to fill a CNC run/ I would have appreciated a reason, what i read into my emails is basically no desire to sell your product to me..... If this is the case then let me know and I would have moved on to another manufacture, thanks for taking the time to respond to this.

Wow!!!

Wow Dude, We can all sense a little frustration here. Just From another RC brothers view all I can say is that not everyone works throughout the holidays. A lot of people take vacation time during Christmas and are not available 24/7/365. Just maybe FLM was taking care of Christmas stuff for their family, hence not answering your question until after the Holidays:lol:. That also falls under what I meant by diplomacy. You posted a question on an open forum looking for answers & or opinions about a problem, and that is what we do here, and sometimes those answers may not be exactly what we want to hear. There is no need to get angry with us:lol::angel::whistle:.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

However you are asking for something we do not typically sell. It is part of a package.

If you are still interested in the braces. Send me a payment via Paypal to jamie@fastlanemachine.com the cost is $30.00 plus $5.00 for shipping.
