UE truck of the year

Hey guys I’ve got some serious competition here with some beautifully presented nitro trucks that have been entered into an all year competition to find the truck of the year & need as much help as possible, Im the only electric truck (Gorilla/UE) that was originally built by Monster Mike, in the competition
Anyway if you think that my truck has what it takes :yipi:, you vote would be GR8
Check it out

Would look better with some good trackpower packs in place of the ugly nimh's, and a slipperential

maxd out 01.02.2008 09:07 AM

ha ha , if you look you can c the slipper in the last photo

Is it all those years of comming 2nd to me that has left you bitter , is that y i didnt get your vote

Patrick 01.02.2008 09:23 AM

Still no trackpower packs :sarcastic:

I remember beating your brushless maxx with my stock maxx a few times, even times when you didn't have the excuse of your car breaking. There was one of the more important races where it was just one on one, brushless race maxx vs a stock brushed maxx....do you remember who one that race  Ah, I'm never letting you live that down.

In that TOTM contest #6 you won, the pink revo is owned by a guy on this forum (same user name). And the green maxx is from the traxxas forum.

I haven't voted yet, because my account hasn't been activated yet. I'm not registering to vote for you though :na: J/K

I voted for you, but i have to say, I entered my truck many times on there, & it has lipo's & slipperential, UE/Gorillamaxx setup, and the nitro heads just dont appreciate the electrics, so I stopped entereing it cause it ended up being a waste of time for me....., but i voted for ya, good luck

I seen the vid of that before but didn't know it was yours. Nice backflips. :great:

ClodMaxx 01.02.2008 02:08 PM

no doubt - i had no idea that was your truck VWT4! that was the inspiration i used when i built my supermaxx. :intello:

sorry for veering off course, maxd out. yours is sweet too - but i have to agree with sjcrss - the UE forum is dominated by the fume-sniffers. i never even bothered to enter mine when i had it.

I think some of my favorite of all of them are 0700's. The two titans. They just look amazing. Even if they are nitro...I'm still gonna vote for the only electric though.

mkrusedc 01.02.2008 03:58 PM

Tied for second place. Good luck.

wallot 01.02.2008 04:07 PM

and my vote brings you to the lead :) the twin titan is very cool but it's smelly nitro :)

VWT4 01.02.2008 04:16 PM

You have my vote, too.

satttheman 01.02.2008 05:40 PM

Anyone else notice how all of the nitro trucks have a rundown of all of the goodies on them after the pictures, but the only electric just has pictures. No additional info at all.

Its a conspiracy I say!!!

Not that the nitro heads would even understand what most of the electric goodies are anyway.
