- future-18.200F
Speed controller for brushless motors for the FAI WCH-2008
6-18 Ni-cells oder 2-10 Li-cells (I gues they mean 6 Li-cells)

- future-32.120F
Speed controller for brushless motors for the FAI WCH-2008
6-32 Ni-cells or 2-10 Li-cells

Man I wanted to make my controller with 2 powerboard together for 400A, but Schulze beat me to it LOL.

I think the FAI is for the planes, but man the 40.300 will be a killer controller. Just to think you can have over 15KW of power and yes this beast will likely cost a lot.

BP-Revo 01.04.2008 02:25 AM

lol...holy smokes...and schultz....

Ahh good stuff...

40.300... time for a 1:1 car project. :p

Got to hand you the topic title.. Excellent choice. I am curious wheter they include a navigation system to get from one side of the controller to the other.. (since they've got the tendency to build them as large as a continent it would be a welcome free-bee)

lutach 01.04.2008 12:21 PM

I can't wait to see the price of the 40.300K. I remember when Icare-RC had the 40.160 for $649 and now they have a $799 price on them and Finedesign shows the 40.160 for $635. Knowing how pricey the 40.160 is, I'm assuming the 40.300 will be double that maybe a bit more.

Schulze controllers always blow up dont they? Isnt it serum who has a burned schulze gallery or something?

lutach 01.04.2008 04:17 PM

I still haven't blown one of mine, but they do for some tend to go up in flames. The big 40.160 on the other hand don't really burn. I only saw one that burned, but it was in a boat.

Yeah, the larger ones are pretty tough. but their size is/stays ridiculous.. Perhaps their new ones have a smaller footprint.

lutach 01.04.2008 05:47 PM

A smaller footprint would be nice. I'm also waiting to hear from BK as I was told they were making some new controllers as well. They also told me they would be more powerful then the Schulze.

Look at what I found:
