LVC for Lipo
 
I am getting very serious about going lipo in my brushless Emaxx but am having trouble finding some type of low voltage cutoff.It seems a few of you are using lipo in your rides,how are you dealing with the threat of over-discharging these expensive packs? Thanks in advance.

Some controllers come with 3V cut off.(Like MGM's) With the Warriors you have to get a programming cable but I've heard the cut off voltage is a lttle low and some find it unsafe. Maxamps has a low voltage detector that you solder onto the wires of your esc. Although all I kinow is it uses LED's, it needs to be a little more discriptive.

There is another product out there called Lisaver. It pulses the motor, which is more noticable that the buzzer sound or an LED. I know since I made my own LVC device with a buzzer. Here is a link to the Lisaver:
