Apogee LiMn question

do you have to balance these cells? im thinking of getting 4 of the 2s and 2 of the 3s packs for my projects. (E-revo truggy, or rEggy, and LS10 (maybe))
4s on the rEggy, 3s on the LS10.

Yes, these are Lithium batteries and have the same characteristics of Lipo's except they are virtually imune to thermal run away.
