My BL Revo
 

so after thinking about doing this for too long, i decided to throw together my BL revo.

i finally decided on the run of the mill:

8XL
Mamba max
true RC 4s lipo
the tekno conversion

for the servo i'll use a hitec 985


photobucket is down right now, but ill post up some pics later. im still waiting for all my electronics and my conversion kit to come. the rolling chassis is ready though.

I wouldn't call it run of the mill. It's still different from 99.9% of the Revo's out there :smile:

Ther must be a ton of nitro revos out there. My revo must be one of the rarer setups, aveox motor with a quark 80 airmaster on it! It only works well due to the two speed and 5s battery. The motor is a bit small but the lower gearing in 1st gives it plenty of punch and keeps the motor and esc cool enough for me. Great product tekno, now make me a clutch adapter that can handle a 1/8 scale clutch. If not I will have to visit my machinist, and he is more expensive than you guys!

i got the motor today. are all the feigaos black now? i like it. it looks mean. i wanna do the chassis black now....

Id like to know how this set-up works. I'm tired of waiting for the mmm and may just go with this. Let me know.
