New Losi on the Horizon
Looks like Losi is doing a Traxxas, http://www.losi.com/. Any one care to speculate on what it might be. I'm hoping it will be an E-truggy, But its more likely to be this http://rcdriver.com/images/wallpaper/Cal-1024.jpg

well u can clearly see fuel tubing on the little muggy but you need to make motor mount find space for lipos and you are ready to go :)
If you move the curser through the image, It makes a woosh sound like a fast brushless going by. Not sure what to make of that
What is the one thing Losi hasn't made yet but has been making parts and bodies for recently?
Rock Crawler. |
^^ true true, the same pattern for the 8ight buggy and 8T, there were tires before the cars. I guess we got 6 days now to guess
The lil mug looks cool, hopefully it is not based on the mlst gearboxes and diffs. Maybe losi has learned their lesson with the mlst.
i hope for them it's not another LST with a different set of wheels and body.. It wouldn't be the first time they pulled that truck
I'll guess its a brushless something from the noise on the website.
looks like 1/18 nitro truck
Might be a jet engine powered car as well, judging by the sound if played at ~160db..

hang on, i am analyzing it right now..
I think it looks pretty cool. Could be some competetion for the crt.5
Now I want a jet powered 1/18th vacuum cleaner.
 Yeah, that's a sucking device for sure.
Sounds a bit muffled though. Might be a cameraman that's dressed in an ant-eater costume with integrated camera/audible recording functionality, i have about the same sound in my ears when I'm wearing mine and my vacuum cleaner passes by at ~70 mph. (don't ask me why, he just enjoys doing that from time to time) Still hard to judge if you don't know what reference to take for the sound pressure, but i think i am getting pretty close here Perhaps we can ask them and use that as a future reference for analyzing that sound I am interested where to get that ant-eater custome with integrated camera/mic functionality. |
