3 channel switch
 

Hey people, I have an Airtronics Super Exzes 3 chan stick radio(it's an M8 Stick) that has a proportional 3rd channel (dial) that I would like to change to a center off toggle switch for use as a shifting channel.

Does anyone know if I can just take the leads off the potentiometer and solder them up to a switch or is something else involved.

Also is there a way to wire in a pot to have end point adjustment(EPA)

If anyone has any ideas that would help alot.
