neu+mm in e-maxx ?

How woud a Neu 1515 1.5d/F motor and mm-esc preforme on 4s lipo in a emaxx 3905 ?

a 1515/1.5d will have max. ampere about 120 ampere - the mm is rate about 100ampere. i think you gonna burn it. i would use a mgm 16018-3 c/b - or at least a quark monster pro 125

I wouldnt worry about the MM burning because of the apms. Those amp numbers on the motors mean virtually nothing in reality. I would however worry about running the MM with a Neu. They dont tend to play nice together. The MM cogs at startup with a Neu. Bad enough that I toased a MM with the Neu a while back. Some have sucessfuly made the setup work by using conservative gearing and carfully tweaking the MM setiings, but they still tend to cog. Not something that is acceptable IMO

I do agree with the previuos recomendation of a Quark or MGM with the Neu, or go with a 2 pole motor and the MM.

I tried it with the 1515 1y and it cogged like crazy. I switched to a MGM.
