Whats your opinions on the esc. I wanna run an 8000 5s. Will it handle it? What motor should I get for overall performance? Speed, torque, run time? How user friendy is this esc? Im on the fence on running the clutch or not your opinions on that will be helpful as well.

it's a good ESC, and should have no problems with 5s. Motor will be completely dependent upon budget. The 125b will run nearly any motor you throw at it.

+1, good controller. Make sure to get the heat sink with it.
