Sensored L cans! Gimme gimme gimme!
Only one snag; you need to order a minimum of 100, unless they are willing to deal with private individuals?

_paralyzed_ 01.19.2008 12:35 AM

they are already for sale individually on fee-bay

entjoles 01.19.2008 12:39 AM

look alot like the trinity line of emaxx motors , only $80 on tower

the 6.5 may not be bad if geared correctly on 4s

jhautz 01.19.2008 01:17 AM

What sensored speed control would you use with this in an emaxx?

BlackedOutREVO 01.19.2008 01:22 AM

Thats cool!

To bad a speedo like a sphere or something cant run them, and if they can, its only 2s.....

entjoles 01.19.2008 01:40 AM

the novak hvmaxx would run these, but it can be run sensorless as well

jhautz 01.19.2008 01:47 AM

If your gonna run it sensorless gimme the good ole' XL motor any day. I dont need the extra crap on it.

Think they could possible be following these with a HV sensored esc to run the motors?

Serum 01.19.2008 03:53 AM

that's a novak rip-off.. Welcome to China..

suicideneil 01.19.2008 10:48 AM

Lol. A nice HV esc from feigao wouod be nice too, but they only have 60amp units so far. If one of those sensored L cans turned up on ebay or somewhere, I wouldnt mind trying it though, just for giggles if nothing else.

Those ESCs from hobbywing are 120a (supposed) and sensored. I am trying to get a sample of them and possibly import them if they are decent.

I'm testing one in my TC3. I'm trying to get pricing, but nothing yet from them.

BL-Power 01.19.2008 12:12 PM

Unitedhobbies told me that they will have the Hobbywing Car ESC's in store in late january.

lutach 01.19.2008 12:34 PM

It's funny how they work. I've asked them to make me a car controller for almost a year now. I told them 6S and 12S would be nice for larger vehicles and they said ok. The delays I keep getting kind of tells me how profesional a company is. I was amazed that they shipped the controller out on the 10th of Dec. and I still don't have pricing from them. All I get is a, "I'll send you price tomorrow."

I could be wrong, but those ebay ones look with the sensored S cans- feigao has them on their website too, as well as the sensored L cans. What I really want is a Sensored XL can, but those are special order items.... that, and the HvMaxx esc isnt much good beyond 75amps.

EDIT: http://www.hobbywing.com/english/Art...?ArticleID=404
They have some very promising looking stuff- the future is bright....
