EVX-2 and new connectors
 

Hello everyone,
Just got a new E-maxx and not that I am planning to use stock ESC and motors, but looks very strange when Traxxas upgraded power connectors on ESC power side but left motor connectors intact.
What they have top notch performance or they missed that part :diablo:

They do have now 3.5mm gold connectors from villeon under their belt, so why not?

They may not be best, but I thik they'll be fine because they aren't (un)plugged regularly.

It is funny, but I have never had the connectors get hot, and they are battery than the crap tamiya connectors they used to use for the battery connections! Still, some nicer connectors would be a good idea!

They're not great connectors, but I guess because the motors are in parallel they only see half the current that's going through the battery plugs, so it's probably not as important. Although I used to direct solder the motor wires on my stock e-maxx, removed a lot of unneeded wire as well.
