outrunner for dst ?
 
Hi !


How big outrunner do i need to power an kyosho dst truggy 1/10 ? in directdrive ! no center diff ! on 4-6s lipo ? i'd like topspeds around 40mph !

I didn't know the DST was available yet.
Where are you getting one from?

I would take an around 150g heavy outrunner.

i work at a rc-store in sweden and we got some dst truggys i stock :)

i'm going to mount the ceter-driveshafts directly on the motor shafs so there will be no centerdiff or spur !!! do you guy's realy think a .25sice outrunner will be strong enough ? and are 870kv to mutch ? will a eflite .25 size outrunner be enough ?

What is the differential ratio of the DST? That will determine which kv to choose.

But wil the eflite .25 ourunner have enough tourque ?
