mod 1 to mm esc on 5s
 

Has anyone been brave enough to run 5s on the mm esc w/ GriffinRu's mod 1

I run 5s in a 1/8 buggy all the time on a stock unmodified MM. No problem. As a matter of fact I run 2 of them this way. I do use a 25mm fan on them just to make sure but it runs without a glitch for me.

Do you know if yours are the #22N03S or the #4108N FETs?

No I never opened them up, but they are the older ones before they changed them to have the over voltage shutdown. Ive had them a little while now.

I have an unmoded one that also works on 5s. I also have never opened it up so dont really know what model the fets are.

hey gixxer, what's your 8ight geared at with the 12xl? just curious to know.
