Could I run this without a problem?
 

I would like to run a neu 1515 1.5d with a truerc 5s 8000mah lipo pack. I plan on running a 17 pinion and 38 spur with the standard revo 2sp. tranny. Will this work? What is the best esc to use? Will I have heat issues? I realize the peak rpm is kinda high, but who runs wide open all the time?

On the 1515 1.5d on 5s would be fine, in fact, most likely preferred. That is, one 2s2p and one 3s2p or one 5s2p. Not sure about the gearing in a revo. Lock the 2sp in second gear. Quark would be nice. MGM too. With the Quark, get the heat sink, you will be fine with hardly any heat issues. (depending on gearing)

The speed should be around 50 to 60, is this correct?
