the revo mount is just an L shaped mount, it should work, although im not sure if there is a suficient mounting area for it.

So you want when you aplly brakes hard you cant apply throtle? Im not sure other than your relay idea.
You could make some sort of clutch that disingages, lol that would be tricky though.
