Well finally got them on the phone. 8.5" is...

Well finally got them on the phone. 8.5" is correct for the length on the rx.

They said to ship it in, if they do charge it'll be $30 an hour.

Yeah it's very similar in length but seems long to me.

Arct1k, that's the problem i can't get a hold of them. I was on hold for 20min before i had to hang up and they've not responded to emails...
