Are you running the same XT8 09 Spec?
I believe the older ones, have smaller bore shocks.
You will always get some chassis slap on jumps, it helps distribute the impact.

Going to head out again this week and weekend.
Now that I got the hang of the power! Should be even sicker jumps and I'll break out my brushless buggy as well!

With the 30k it also felt a little snakey in the straights.. if that makes sense.
