Well, i dont know anyone using 4mm tvps on 5b. One of my friends will use 3mm tvps on hes 5b savage. But waiting for bushings for shocks so he will be rtr soon i hope.

I would suggest you change the tires a.s.a.p.
My tires where only 40€ and are 175mm tall. (wish they were wider and same weight...

Yes, wide axles with 24mm hexes is what i am using. Well they do hold but i hit with rear left tire in to a concrete block, now rear left wobbles/dances a little.

Steering much better now, i grinded a little so now it turns more.
I tested White springs in front with no preloaders and yellow springs "soft" at the rear with 3 preloaders...

How do you like the widened truck ?

I will go back to stock wide lenght with wide axles front and keep the wide brace kit at the rear. Truck will turn a lot better...

I did not yet tested yellow springs, but i do have factory oil in shocks.
With white springs is driving ok but more for jumps and so.

Yellow are no way for jumps but driving should be a lot...

Wish i had those suckers...FLM dogbones need longer pin on the side where you put them to wide axle cups.
From 1mm up to aprox. 2mm. :/...

Antena was torn and had to wait for new one. I protected antena now with shrink tube as it was damaged right on the spot where it goes...

Dogbones are just fine as FLM dogbones are more massive yes, but they do not rub against aarms, dogbones sit perfect.

Before it was 44cm wide now is 47cm.
