I actually didn't do anything to fry it. I had a post earlier about putting 16 cells on it. The servos started to twitch, then I smelled smoke. I didn't even get to take the truck off my workbench....

The esc has that burt smell to it. It glitches really bad. When I hit the throttle, it just stutters all over the place. The steering servo works fine though.
